Another wander about through the backwoods of Vermont, and another found object. This little gem sat abandoned at the end of a dead-end dirt road in Greensboro, Vermont, looking out at me as I drove by as if to say, "hey, give it a shot." So, there you are: an anthropomorphized scrap heap demanding to be documented, and I obliged, of course.

While my compatriots in the Mid Atlantic area of the US have gotten feet of snow, up here on the Canadian border of Vermont, we're woefully snow-bereft. Given that I actually purchased a nice, new snow blower this year, I'd actually like about 2-3 feet of the white stuff, since it is winter and all. However, for those of you not inclined to winter's icy embrace, here's a little something sunshiny, green and flowery to tide you over.
Taken in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
